Falmouthport, Cape Cod is a village of one and two-level Cape-styled condominium homes that peacefully coexist in about 42 acres of meadowland, pines and stands of hardwood.

Falmouthport is bordered all along one side by Great pond, a saltwater cove that pauses between the Coonamesset River and the Atlantic Ocean, which produces mist in the mornings, and outrageous sunsets in the evenings.

Falmouthport offers 2.5 miles of walking and jogging paths, tennis courts, a clubhouse and a swimming pool for the exclusive use of our residents to enjoy as their own.
